Dr. Uma Dangi is a Medical Oncologist with a specific focus on women’s cancers, blood cancers, genitourinary and gastrointestinal cancers. She has wide-ranging experience in medical oncology over a 15+ year career. She works as a Senior Consultant - Medical Oncology - at Fortis Hospitals, Mumbai. She covers facilities at Mulund, Vashi & Kalyan.

Dr. Uma Dangi received her medical degree from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, and completed her DNB in Internal Medicine from Dr. R. N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital. She then completed her DNB in Medical Oncology from P.D. Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre. Prior to joining Fortis, she worked as a faculty at the prestigious Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. In addition to her clinical activities, she authors expert content and publishes widely in various national journals. She currently serves as the Associate Editor of the Indian Journal of Cancer.

She also has a keen interest in the growing field of precision oncology & immuno oncology treating patients with targeted therapy & immunotherapy.
